"Gateway to Commuter Rail in New Hampshire"
This Web site was
developed with the intention of keeping our community up to date with the
progress of the New Hampshire commuter rail project. Articles appearing on this
Web site reflect the most recent developments and news discussed by this
committee. So, where do we begin? The best place to start is the
Nashua Regional Planning Commission Web site. There's a lot of
recent history documenting what the commuter rail project has gone through in
the past, as well as articles explaining the benefits and logistics involved
with such a project. The New
Hampshire Department of Transportation web site contains
information about commuter rail in the state of New Hampshire. Most
important... the following link GoNashua connects you to the Nashua city web
site where you can email our local legislators to share your comments
concerning commuter rail service. Taking it a step further, you can even send a
message to our state
Senators and our state
Representatives. Feel free to contact them and let them know
how important restoring commuter rail service is to the future of our state...YOUR
VOICE IS OUR MOST POWERFUL MEANS OF SUPPORT.
Finally, the goal of
this committee is to bring together the many sources of information on the
commuter rail project and to make them easily accessible to everyone. Please
come back and visit us again...thank you.
